Foundation Agility
This class will prepare your dog for agility classes using our methods of pawsitive reinforcement. Topics include introduction to clicker training, attention, solid start line stays, dealing with distractions, targeting, building play drive, reliable recalls, tippy boards and footwork.
AGILITY
Foundation Agility for Puppies
This class format will be similar to above, but for puppies ages 3 months to 9 months old. Great for confidence building!
Novice Agility
This class will further your agility training in pawsitive reinforcement. In this class your dogs will be introduced to the obstacles and you will be instructed in basic handling techniques.
Jumping Skills/Competitive Agility
This class is for teams that have completed our beginner and intermediate training and are ready to move on to competitions. Class format will be a combination of sequences, grid work and courses. You will improve your ability to strategize on course and continue to build on your handling techniques. Entry into this class is at the discretion of our trainer.
Intermediate Agility
For dogs and handlers who have learned the basics of agility and are ready to start running short courses and sequences of increasing difficulty. Dogs must be familiar with all equipment and be able to run an agility course off leash.
"Get Out and Go"
Through a series of progressions, this Distance 101 class will assist your dog in working away from you reliably. Not only a "Gamblers Class" requirement, this distance work will also allow you to negotiate standard and jumpers courses more efficiently. Dogs should be solid on all equipment to attend this class.
