Ordering Information

Ordering from our website is simple, easy and secure!  To place your order, you can take advantage of the Shopping Cart feature and pay via Pay Pal.  You do not need a PayPal account to do so.

Be sure to include the items you wish to order, together with your full name, address and phone number so that we may contact you to obtain your payment information.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:  If ordering on-line through the Shopping Cart function, you can pay by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Interac Email Transfer.  We no longer accept personal cheques or C.O.D.'s.  If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can also pay by cash.  All Canadian orders are subject to H.S.T. (13%).

SHIPPING:  We offer flat rate shipping throughout Canada based on the total value of your order, before tax.  We will forward you a separate shipping invoice once we receive your order.

SHIPPING RATES:

$10  for orders up to $49.99

$15  for orders $50.00 to $149.99

$20  for orders $150.00 to $199.99

$25  for orders $200.00 to $299.99

$30  for orders $300.00 and up

We ship via Canada Post Parcel Service, or whichever service proves to be most cost effective.

RETURN POLICY:  We will accept returns for items that are defective by the manufacturer.  We will replace the item or issue a store credit.  All returns/exchanges must be completed within 14 days of ordering.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special/custom orders are Final Sale.

Please note:  For large, overweight or over-sized items we reserve the right to bill customers for actual shipping charges.  We will send you a PayPal invoice for the additional shipping charges once your order has been prepared and ready for shipment.  We will need full payment of all shipping charges prior to releasing your order.
